3. A message box will appear with information on when the scheduled backup will be done. The
system default backup time is at 2:30am but it is configurable. Please refer to “Configuring
Auto-Backup Time” on Page 34.
5. Select the backup options then select the backup destination (File or QIC).
Note: Default backup destination is File. If a tape drive is available, it is highly recommended
to set the default to QIC.
4. Select the number of days to keep the backup set. The maximum is 31 days.
Note : Backup sets will be automatically deleted after the selected number of days (counting
from the day the auto backup was activated). To manually delete backup sets, refer to
“Manually Delete Backup Sets”.
5. Click Save.
Note : A backup set will be created for each backup session
6. The default backup set name is the date the backup was done and this cannot be changed
7. To change the default backup path, click File and select Backup Directory.
8. Use the Explorer-like tree to select the new backup path. Then click Save and Exit.
Note : A network drive has to be mapped before it can be selected
