The Guest Name MUST be the same as the one 
currently checked in when doing a Room Change. 
 
Room Number is compulsory when changing 
Guest Information. The rest are optional and 
depends on what needs to be changed. 
 
 
 
 

It’s important to note that there can only be one ON 
selection for each posting. However, turning both 
selections OFF is allowed. Room Number is again

This is used to ensure that the connection between the HMS400 to either the PMS or the PBX link is 
successfully established. The same ‘IS TEST’ record is sent for both connectivity tests and when the 
PMSI receives the acknowledgment sent by the other party, then it means the link is connected.
