The reclaim
pump is not
operating or
it keeps
losing
prime.
Red Light is on
and blinking
No
Pressure at
Pump. In
By-Pass.
The system is in city water by-pass
mode. The pressure switch on the
volute of the reclaim pump has
tripped on low pressure due to a loss
of water or prime. Check the water
level in the last reclaim tank
compartment. If the level is up,
prime the pump and re-start. If the
pump stops again, check that the
strainer basket is clean and that the
gasket on the basket strainer lid is in
good shape. Also, check that all
fittings on the suction piping and the
basket strainer lid are tight and drain
the pressure switch tubing between
the pump and switch with the pump
off. Re-prime and re-start. If the
pump continues to stop, check the
foot valve in the reclaim tank. If the
pump still does not keep running
after re-starting, the pressure switch
may have failed or the underground
suction piping may have a leak.
The reclaim
pump is not
operating.

The system is in Automatic Self
Priming mode. If the system does
not come out of priming mode within
1-2 minutes after overflowing the
basket strainer and tightening the
lid, turn the Control Switch to “Off”
and immediately to “Auto”. The pump
will start.
The reclaim

The system is in recirculation mode
and is not recognizing the wash
activation signal. Ensure that the
activation signal from the wash
controller is being received into the
reclaim control box by checking the
voltages into Activations #1, #2, &
#3. Make sure that the voltages
match the voltages on the
corresponding activation relays and
that the relays are not burned. If the
wash activation signal is being
received and the relays are tripping
on the signal, but the system still
does not ramp up, contact PurWater
to go through internal wiring.
