Low
Oxygen
Pressure!
Ozone Off
The pressure switch on the oxygen
feed line from the oxygen
concentrator has tripped on low
pressure. Check that the pressure
gauge on the ozone cabinet reads 8-
9 psig. If lower, adjust upward with
needle valve. Check that the oxygen
concentrator is operating, the
discharge pressure is about 11 psig,
and the flow is 30-50%. Check that
all the tubing fittings are tight
between the oxygen concentrator
and ozone cell. The system will
automatically restart when the
pressure exceeds the pressure
switch setting.
The ozone
generator is
off.
All ozone lights

Mazzei
Vacuum
Low. Ozone
Off.
The vacuum switch on the ozone line
to the Mazzei eductor has tripped as
there is not enough vacuum draw
from the Mazzei. Remove ozone
tubing from Mazzei and check for
vacuum. Clean Mazzei and its check
valve if necessary. Check that all the
tubing connections are tight between
the ozone cell and Mazzei. The
system will automatically restart
when the vacuum exceeds the
vacuum switch setting.
The ozone
generator is
off.

High Ozone
Temp!
Ozone Off
The temperature switch (either one
on a 24g system) has tripped on an
ozone cell temperature above 150
DegF. Check that both fans are
running in the cabinet and that the
fan filter is clean. Check that the
leads between the transformer(s)
and ozone cell(s) are secured and
that the transformer(s) are not
bulged. The system will restart when
the cell temperature gets to 140
DegF or below.
The ozone
generator is
off.
Red ozone

Internal
Ozone
Fault.
Ozone Off
The internal circuitry has detected a
fault. Check that the internal wiring
is secured. Check that the
transformer(s) are not bulged. Check
for burn marks on the circuit boards.
Check the ozone gas tubing for
discoloration. System will try to
restart every 30 seconds.
