water should be coming through the nozzle of the sparger. If possible, put your
finger over the top opening of the air sparger to ensure a vacuum is being
pulled.

Charge Enzyme Feed System
(For Models Ending in -M5B Only): The
enzyme feed pump is factory set to add approximately one ounce of enzyme
solution per hour, and will operate when the Power Switch is in the “On”
position and the Control Switch is in the “Auto” position. The pump will come on
for 15 seconds every hour. The enzyme feed tank needs to have enzyme
concentrate and city water added periodically. Add one part of enzyme to four
parts of water. As the reclaim system will be adding about one gallon of solution
every five days, we recommend that initially the feed tank be filled with 1 gallon
of concentrated enzyme and 4 gallons of city water which should last about 20-
25 days. Making smaller batches also helps keep the enzyme “fresh” and
active. Refill the tank when the solution level becomes one gallon or less. We
recommend keeping a log of when the tank is filled and any weekly
measurements to ensure the pump is operating properly. Contact our
Sacramento office if the enzyme feed pump needs to be reset.

Check Ozone Generation System
(For Models Ending in -M512O and -
M524O Only): The ozone generation system consists of an oxygen
concentrator and an ozone generator.
a)
Oxygen Concentrator:
The oxygen concentrator brings in ambient air using
a compressor and passes the pressurized air through sieve beds. The sieve
beds concentrate the oxygen and reject the nitrogen. The concentrated
oxygen stream passes through a flow meter on the side of the unit and the
flow rate can be adjusted with the knob on the flow meter. The flow rate
should be set at 30-50%, which is equal to 6-10 SCFH. When the oxygen
concentrator is on, a steady green light on the on / off switch will illuminate
and the discharge oxygen pressure will be 11 psig (see gauge next to on / off
switch). The oxygen concentrator will start up immediately when the reclaim
pump starts and will operate continuously as long as the reclaim pump is on.
(Safety Note:
Oxygen is a fire hazard. It is very dangerous and vigorously
accelerates the burning of combustible materials. To avoid fire and/or
explosion, oil, grease, cotton fibers and any other combustible material must
not be used on or near the oxygen concentrator. Smoking, heat, and any
open flame should be kept at a distance of no less than 5 feet from any part
of the system.)
b)
Ozone Generator:
The ozone generator receives the concentrated
oxygen stream from the oxygen concentrator and passes it through a high
voltage electric current to make ozone. The ozone generator will turn on
about 30 seconds after the oxygen concentrator turns on. A steady green
light on the ozone cabinet will illuminate when the generator is on and
