Chapter 3. BIOS Setup Utility

The BIOS Setup utility is provided to perform system configuration changes and to display current

settings and environment information.

The BIOS Setup utility stores configuration settings in system non-volatile storage. Changes affect-

ed by BIOS Setup will not take effect until the system is rebooted. The BIOS Setup Utility can be

accessed during POST by using the <DEL> or <F2> key.

The following sections describe the look and behavior for platform Setup.
