PD78F0974

The

PD78F0974 replace the internal ROM of the

PD780973(A) with flash memory to which a program can be

written, deleted and overwritten while mounted on a board. Table 22-1 lists the differences between the

mask ROM versions. When pre-producing an application set with the flash memory version and
