CHAPTER 6 CLOCK GENERATOR

(2) Oscillator mode register (OSCM)

The

PD780973(A) can be set to the reduced current consumption mode by setting OSCM (only when operated

at f

= 4 to 4.19 MHz).

OSCM is set with a 1-bit or 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.

RESET input sets OSCM to 00H.
