→ Take an appropriate action according to the on-screen message.
Message Solution
EXPRESSBUILDER does not support this computer.
Insert EXPRESSBUILDER disc for the computer and click
OK
to
restart the computer.
Run the correct version of
EXPRESSBUILDER.
If the same error persists, contact your
sales representative.
Failed to get the hardware parameters on the motherboard.
Check if EXPRESSBUILDER is for this computer or if the
motherboard has failed.
Contact your sales representative.
Failed to find a file. EXPRESSBUILDER disc has stains or
cracks or the optical disk drive is faulty.
Contact your sales representative.
Failed to open a file.
Failed to get the parameters of a file.
Failed to write a file.
Failed to copy a file.
An undefined error occurred.
Contact your sales representative.
[?] The following message appears after the Update commandof EXPRESSBUILDER is run.
You need to format the disk in drive I: before you can use it.
Do you want to format it?
* "I:" is subject to change depending on your hardware environment.
→ Click Cancel to close the window. If you accidentally format it, you can recover by performing the
Update command again.
[?] Unable to start EXPRESSBUILDER from Internal Flash Memory

Did you press <F3> key to start EXPRESSBUILDER from Internal Flash Memory while POST was being
executed?
→ When the following message, "Press <F2> Setup, <F3> Internal Flash Memory, <F4> ROM Utility,
<F12> Network", appears on screen after starting up, press <F3> to start EXPRESSBUILDER from
Internal Flash Memory.
[?] While running EXPRESSBUILDER, the server reboots after a certain time has elapsed:

Is Boot Monitoring enabled?
→ Boot Monitoring option of BIOS SETUP must be disabled while running EXPRESSBUILDER.
