GRUPPO FILA RACCOGLITORE
Scatola ad ingranaggi gruppo fila:
verificare il livello del grasso presente nella scatola ad
ingranaggi visivamente dal tappo A . Il livello deve
lambire l’albero centrale. Per un eventuale rabbocco
utilizzare grasso EP1. Questa operazione va eseguita
sempre prima di ogni stagione. Vedi figura sotto.
Scatola trincia stocchi:
con testata in posizione orizzontale, allentare la vite
B, ruotare il coperchio C, controllare che l’olio arrivi
a metà del tappo di controllo, altrimenti eseguire
rabbocco togliendo il tappo di sfiato e aggiungendo
la quantità di olio necessaria e poi richiudere il tappo e
bloccare il coperchio. Utilizzare olio EP100 TOTAL.
INNESTO/DISINNESTO TRINCIASTOCCHI:
con leva B nella posizione inferiore il trincia stocchi è
inserito. Con leva B nella posizione superiore il
trincia stocchi non è inserito.
Per passare da una posizione all’altra:
• svitare il volantino A
• sollevare la leva B fino a che il perno del
volantino A non entra nel foro C
• avvitare fortemente il volantino A
NB potrebbe essere necessario far ruotare leggermente
il disco D a mano per passare da una posizione all’altra.

GATHERING UNITS
Gearbox row unit:
check the level of fat present in the gear box from the
cap A visually. The level should be up to the central
shaft. To top up, use a fat EP1. This should be done
before every season. See the figure below.
Chopper box :
with head in horizontal position, loosen the screw B,
rotate the cover C, check that the oil reaches the
middle of the check plug, otherwise perform topping
removing the vent plug and adding the required
amount of oil and then replace the cap and lock the
cover. Use oil EP100 TOTAL
ENGAGEMENT / DISENGAGEMENT OF STALK
CHOPPER:
with lever B in the lower position the chopper is
inserted.
With lever B in the upper position the chopper stalks
is not inserted.
To move from one position to another:
• Unscrew the handwheel A
• Lift the lever B until the pin of the A flyer does not enter
into hole C
• Screw the handwheel A strongly
NB may be necessary to slightly rotate the disk D by
hand to move from one location to another. See the
figure below.
