15. Installazione e montaggio

L’installazione va eseguita esclusivamente da personale
specializzato ed esperto (vedi capitolo 05 - Caratteristiche
del personale ); esso deve:

• al momento della presa in consegna della macchina,
controllare che la stessa non abbia subito danni durante
il trasporto. Nel caso in cui si siano veriﬁcati eventi
negativi, avvertire immediatamente la casa costruttrice o
il venditore;

• conoscere il contenuto di questo manuale e fare
riferimento alle CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE della
macchina (vedi capitolo 09);

• accertarsi che la tensione di alimentazione coincida con
quella indicata sulle targhette a bordo macchina e/o sugli
schemi elettrici allegati;

• evitare qualsiasi riparazione precaria. Le riparazioni
vanno effettuate esclusivamente utilizzando ricambi
originali.

Poiché la testata va agganciata ad una mietitrebbia per
il suo funzionamento, è necessario effettuare opportuni
collegamenti assicurandosi di:

• veriﬁcare le speciﬁche della mietitrebbia. Attenersi sia al
manuale di detta macchina sia a quello della testata;

• per qualsiasi altra operazione non speciﬁcatamente
riportata nei due manuali (mietitrebbia e testata),
interpellare la

o il concessionario di zona.

Veriﬁcare che la mietitrebbia sia provvista di:

• comando di arresto in emergenza, conforme alle
direttive 2006/42/CE ed alle direttive per la circolazione su
strada delle macchine operatrici agricole;

• dispositivo di inversione di moto, da utilizzare in caso
di bloccaggio delle coclee di alimentazione, collocato in
corrispondenza del posto di guida dell’operatore;

• dispositivo di segnalazione acustica che anticipi la
partenza della testata;

• dispositivo che blocchi automaticamente la testata
quando l’operatore lascia la cabina di comando;

• protezione ai comandi macchina, che eviti la possibilità
di abilitare partenze accidentali;

• canale di carico (vano di alimentazione della mietitrebbia)
e sistema di trasmissione idonei al montaggio della barra.

15. Installation and assembly

The installation is carried out o n l y by specialized and
expert staff (see Chapter 05 - Characteristics of the staff) ,
it must also :

• at the delivery of the machine , check that  it  has  not
been  damaged  during  transport.  In  the  event  that
adverse events have occurred ,  immediately notify the
manufacturer or the retailer;

• be familiar with the contents of this manual and refer
to the SPECIFICATIONS of the machine ( see Chapter 09);

• ensure that the supply voltage of the combine is that
indicated on the labels on the machine and / or on the
attached wiring diagrams ;

• avoid any temporary repairs . Repairs should be
performed only using original spare parts.

The header is attached to a combine harvester for its
operation so it is necessary to make sure the
appropriate links :

• check the speciﬁcations of the combine. Follow both to
the manual of the combine and of the header ;

• for any other operation not speciﬁcally reported in
the two manuals ( combine and header) , consult the

or your local dealer .

Make sure that the combine is equipped with:

•  Stop  command  in  an  emergency,  in  accordance  with
directives  2006/42/EC  and  guidelines  for  road  circulation
of  agricultural machinery ;

• reversing device of motion, to be used in case of locking
of the feed screws , placed in correspondence of the
driving seat of the operator;

• audible warning device that advances the start of the
header ;

• device that automatically locks the header when
the operator leaves the cockpit ;

• protection for machine control , which avoids the
possibility to enable accidental starts ;

• load channel ( power supply compartment of the
combine harvester ) and transmission system suitable for
mounting of the corn header.
