Step 11 :
If the edge of the roll media is set apart 5mm or less. From the edge of the pressure roller, adjust
the position of the roll media according to the following procedure:
a. Using the attached hexagon wrench, loosen the screws (each 2) for both flanges to move the roll
media right and left.
b. After adjusting the position of the roll media, tighten the screws back in their original positions.

Step 12 :
Press the [CANCEL] key on the operation panel.
The operation panel returns to the normal condition.
Notes:
When using a winding unit, follow "Setting winding unit" and set the roll media to the
winding unit.
Step 13 :
Press the [F2] key on the operation panel to lower the pressure roller.

The MEDIA SET lamp goes off.
Notes :
If you load a new tube of roll media, the media end may not be straight. If so, cut the
end of the roll media.

Refer to "Roll media cutting procedure" to cut the roll media.
Notes:
When using a winding unit, follow "Setting winding unit" and set the roll media to the
winding unit.
Step 14 :
The media initial menu is displayed on the operation panel.
