Press the [MENU

] key or the [MENU

] key to check the name of the parts that have

reached usable life.

Step 4 :

Call the nearest MUTOH local dealer to replace the parts.

6.2.5 Replacement of the infrared lamp

Read the following for information on when and how to replace the infrared lamp.

(1) Replacement period

Replace the infrared lamp after 5000 hours of operation

(2) Replacement procedure

When the infrared lamp reaches 4500 hours of operation a message is displayed.
Contact a Mutoh technician to replace the infrared lamp.

The infrared lamp will operate for another 500 hours. After operating 5000 (4500 + 500) hours the infrared
lamp will not reach the appropriate spectrum, necessary for a good fixation. Please make sure to replace the
infrared lamp.

Important

Replacement of the infrared lamp should only be done by authorized Mutoh
technicians
