3.2 LOADING MEDIA
3.2.1 Installing roll media
Be sure to read and understand the safety warnings before handling the printer.
Notes
•
Only use the scroller supplied with this plotter.
•
For media with a three inch core, three-inch core adapters have to be used.

•
It is possible to load the following roll media on the plotter’s scroller :
•
RJ-901C: two inches diameter media core (outer diameter less than 100 mm,
•
weight less than 5 kg)
•
RJ-900C and Drafstation Pro: three inches diameter media core (outer diameter less than 150 mm,
•
weight less than 19 kg)
•
When using the three-inch core adapter on the scroller, the following roll media can be loaded:
o
RJ-901C: three inches diameter media core (outer diameter less than 100 mm)
o
RJ-900C and Drafstation Pro: three inches diameter media core (outer diameter less than 150 mm)

•
Set the roll media on a flat and levelled surface.
•
If the roll media and scroller are placed in a vertical position, the scroller might get damaged.
