6.3.4 Selecting print mode
Depending on the desired print quality and print speed, the following print modes are available:
Print mode
Feature
High speed colour
Set to give priority to the print speed.
Use these modes for draft plots.
High speed black & white
Normal colour
Set to give priority to the print quality.
Use these modes when requiring high accuracy for final plots.
Normal black & white
High-quality colour
Use these modes for top quality plots.
High-quality monochrome
According to the following procedure, select the print mode:
Step 1 :
Verify that the plotter is in Normal mode.
Step 2 :
Press the [Next] key on the operation panel.
· The selected print mode light is switched on (red).

When using the plotter driver, the plotter driver settings will have priority over the ones set at the
operation panel in Normal mode. For plotter driver setup, refer to “Setting the plotter driver”
