Use the layout function to reduce unused space on roll media.

Set timer to determine the time in which
jobs must be send together before nesting
takes place.
The timer starts from the moment the
printer receives the first job.
Notes
•
The layout function automatically determines the size of the drawings sent from the PC, and prints them
after locating the drawings on the roll media, in order to have as less as possible unused space on the
media.
•
Example: When receiving data in the following order: 1) A3
→
2) A2
→
3) A3, the layout function will
nest the drawings as shown on the image below. Actual printing will be performed in the following
order: 1) A2
→
2) A3
→
3) A3 data.
•
When the Layout item is set to "Off", the prints are performed sequentially after receiving the print data
of each drawing.
•
When sheet media has been loaded, the layout function will be disabled.
•
The layout function is enabled or disabled depending on the print data.
