Coolant Pump Operation Check

Check if the coolant pump is rotating in the direction of the
arrow on the pump.

1. If the pump is rotating in the opposite direction, wiring is connected
in the reverse phase. Confirm the machine main breaker and
plant-side connections.

ȪɑȬǿ 2. Do not run the pump at idle speed. Idle running will result in
damage to the pump.

tank. Replenish coolant if the gage indicates that the coolant
level is close to the lower limit.

Using a hex wrench, remove the four M6 hexagon socket
head cap screws on the coolant pump.

Pull the coolant pump out of the coolant tank.
