4.6 Offset/Gain Settings

SETUP AND PROCEDURES BEFORE OPERATION
(a) When switching the mode using the dedicated instruction (G(P).OFFGAN)
The following sample program switches to the offset/gain setting mode with the
dedicated instruction (G(P).OFFGAN), changes the channel where offset/gain
setting will be made, adjusts the offset/gain values, and writes the offset/gain val-
ues to the Q66DA-G.
Specifies offset setting channel.
Offset/gain range setting.
Sets 0 to buffer memory
address 23.
Stores channel where offset/
gain setting will be made into D0.
Dedicated instruction (G.OFFGAN)
Stores setting of dedicated
instruction (G.OFFGAN) into D2.
Specifies gain setting channel.
Sets 0 to buffer memory
address 22.
Turns on Channel change
request (YB).
Turns off Channel change
request (YB).
Set offset value adjustment to D1.
Set D1 to buffer memory
address 24.
Turn on Set value change
request (YC).
Turn off Set value change
request (YC).
Turns off User range writing
request (YA).
Stores setting of dedicated
instruction (G.OFFGAN) into D2.

Turns on User range writing

Processing in normal mode
Switches to offset/gain setting mode
Switch to the channel where offset/gain settings will be performed
Set the amount of each change within the range from .-3000 to 3000 during adjustment
Set the amount of each change within the range from -3000 to 3000 during adjustment
Adjust the analog output value
Switches to normal mode
The program in the dotted area is a common program.
Register the result of offset/gain settings in the module
