Appendix 3 Buffer Memory

Interrupt factor detection flag [n]

The detection status of an interrupt factor is stored.

When an interrupt factor occurs, an interrupt request is sent to the CPU module at the same time as 1 (Interrupt factor) is
stored in 'Interrupt factor detection flag [n]' (Un\G2592 to Un\G2607).
If the same interrupt factor occurs while 1 (Interrupt factor) is stored in 'Interrupt factor detection flag [n]' (Un\G2592 to
Un\G2607), the interrupt request is not sent. If a different interrupt factor occurs, the interrupt request is sent.
n indicates the interrupt setting number. (n = 1 to 16)
