Alarm flag
'Alarm flag' (X11) turns on when an alarm occurs.

Device number
The following table shows the device number of this input signal.
Operating condition setting completed flag
This signal is used as an interlock condition to turn on and off 'Operating condition setting request' (Y12) when the value of a
buffer memory area is changed.
For the buffer memory areas that require 'Operating condition setting request' (Y12) to be turned on and off to enable new
values, refer to the following.

Device number
The following table shows the device number of this input signal.
Module READY
This signal is used as an interlock condition to read/write data from/to the CPU module.
When the initial processing of the I/O module with diagnostic functions is completed after the CPU module is powered on or is
reset, Module READY turns off.
When a watchdog timer error occurs, Module READY turns on.
