Checking/clearing copy counts by paper feed locations

Description
Displays or clears copy counts by paper feed locations.

Purpose
To check the time to replace consumable parts. Also to clear the counts
after replacing the consumable parts.

Method

1. Press the start key. The counts by paper feed locations are displayed.
2. Change the screen using the cursor left/right keys.

Clearing

1. Select the count to be cleared using the cursor up/down keys. The

selected item is displayed in reverse.
To clear the counts for all paper feed locations, select ALL using the
cursor up/down keys.

2. Press the start key. The count is cleared, and the screen for selecting

a maintenance item No. is displayed.

Completion
Press the stop/clear key. The screen for selecting a maintenance item No.
is displayed.
