5.8.4. How to properly use the Waste Grinder
Procedure to correctly use the Waste Grinder.
•
Open the water tap and remove the cap.
•
Switch on the Waste Grinder through the dedicated button.
•
Insert slowly the tissues with graduation, without overloading, verifying the absence of the bodies indicated
above.
•
During the waste dissipation, the lack of noise warns that the cycle is over.
•
Switch off the Waste Grinder through the dedicated button.
•
Reposition the cap and leave the water flow running for 2-3 minutes.
5.8.5. Maintenance
Periodically check the junctions and the connections to avoid any water leakage.
Clean weekly the Waste Grinder with a dedicated biological product.
5.8.6. Troubleshooting
If the Waste Grinder stops, never put your hands or tools to unlock it but use the allen wrench provided. Follow
the instructions below.
What to do in case of blockage or auto shut off of the Waste Grinder
•
Disconnect the power supply.
•
Unlock the disk of the Waste Grinder with the allen wrench provided performing three full turns clockwise
and counter clockwise.
•
Remove the foreign body that causes the blockage.
•
Reconnect the power supply.
•
Switch on the safety switch.
Follow carefully the procedure described above otherwise the Waste Grinder may not work
properly and technical intervention is needed.
During the use of the Waste Grinder never leave unattended the sink to stop timely any
operation in case of unexpected noises
in order to avoid any damage.
Use these products with caution. Any error may cause overflow or unit damage.
Do not use for cleaning pipelines products (chlorine based or Orthophosphoric products).
