“Manual mode” ventilation off:
all LEDs are off.
“Manual
mode”
ventilation
obstructed:
the Exhaust LED is on (because
the ventilation was turned on),
the Manual LED is on (white)
because it is in manual mode,
the Fault LED is amber to
indicate that the ventilation is
obstructed.
“Manual mode” ventilation on
correctly:
the Exhaust LED is on (because
the ventilation was turned on),
the Manual LED is on (white)
because it is in manual mode,
the Fault LED is not on as the
ventilation is not obstructed.
The “AirFlow” potentiometer
to the right of the “Exhaust” LED allows you to adjust the
ventilation flow rate:
-Increase the flow rate by turning the potentiometer clockwise
-Decrease the flow rate by turning the potentiometer anti-clockwise
Working with ventilation in manual mode you must switch the ventilation off by pressing
the Exhaust button again
when you do not want it be switched on, for example when
the operator is not in front of the unit.
The manual ventilation control remains saved when the ventilation is turned off by pressing
the Exhaust
button; switch to automatic mode by pressing the button
while the
ventilation is on.
