5.4. Auxiliary Shelf, 380x340mm (CODE 102861)
The unitary shelf kit includes: a shelf, 5 washers, nuts and M6 screws.
The minimum order is 3 kits.
5.4.1. How to assemble a shelf
Here below is the procedure to assemble a shelf.
Repeat the same procedure to assemble the second and third one as well, if necessary. You can indeed install
up three shelves if there is no Glove Dispenser (procedure explained in chapters 2.3.4 and 2.4). Otherwise
you can assemble the Glove Dispenser and one or two shelves.
- After deciding where you want to assemble the shelf on the beam, prize to extract the green profile from
the guides.
- Cut a section of the green profile. The length of the cut section must cover the space occupied by the shelf.
- Insert three nuts in the upper guide and two nuts in the lower one and then straighten them. The following
figures show how to position a nut.
The distance between the nuts must correspond to the distance of the holes on the shelf, which are shown in
the following figure. The yellow circles indicate the holes that must be positioned on the 3 nuts placed on the
upper guide. The two green circles indicate the ones that must be positioned on the two nuts on the lower
guide.
