The container transport trolley is equipped with a containment tray for any fixative spills, an upper grille and a
waste water retaining device for the extra container (it is also designed to support the 20L container supplied
along with the unit, which comes complete with a drain cap with a fill sensor).
The work surface is equipped with a recessed funnel for draining the used fixative in the dedicated container.
The funnel is shown in the following figure. This funnel contains a fixative drain filter in order to prevent samples
from accidentally falling inside the container.
The drainage container's cap is equipped with a fill sensor that emits an audible (beeper) and visual signal on
both the sensor itself (see the yellow circle below) and on the upper panel when the maximum level is reached
as described below.
The used fixative enters in the container through the dedicated pipe.
The air exits from the collection container through the dedicated pipe and is conveyed to the ventilation system.
