(busy signal) from the other station.  The MFJ TNC will reject a connect request

The MFJ TNC   is connected, and a protocol error has occurred.  The MFJ TNC   
has sent a special FRMR packet to attempt to re-synchronize frame numbers with 
the MFJ TNC   on the other end.  The string

codes for the three bytes sent in the information part of the FRMR frame.  This 
message will not appear if your MFJ TNC   is in Transparent Mode.
