Call disconnected while the vehicle is
in motion
The following could be the cause of call discon-
nection:
R
the GSM 7 network coverage is insufficient
R
the vehicle has moved into a GSM cell with no
free channels
R
the SIM card used is not compatible with the
network available
R
you are using a mobile phone with "Twincard"
and the mobile phone with the second SIM
card is already logged on to the network
999 or 112 emergency call
Making emergency calls without entering a PIN
is only possible using the mobile phone.
The 999 or 112 emergency call number is a
public service. Any misuse is punishable by law.
Telephone operation
Requirements
The following conditions must be fulfilled in
order to make calls using the multimedia sys-
tem:

the Bluetooth ® function of the multimedia
system is activated
R
the Bluetooth ® function of the mobile phone
is activated
R
the mobile phone is paired and connected to
the multimedia system

Accepting a call
When a call is received, the current audio source
is muted. If the phone number of the caller is
sent, it appears in the display. If the phone num-
ber is saved in the phone book, the contact's
name is also displayed.
