Setting the vacuum shift

The vacuum shift can be set in four 

different ways

•  Pfeil (1) auf dem Drehschalter (2) des 

Umschaltventils zeigt nach rechts: 

Absauggut wird in rechten Sekretbehälter 

gesaugt.

•  Pfeil (1) auf dem Drehschalter (2) des 

Umschaltventils zeigt nach links: Absauggut 

wird in linken Sekretbehälter gesaugt.

•  Pfeil (1) auf dem Drehschalter (2) des 

Umschaltventils zeigt nach vorne: 

Absauggut wird in den linken und den 

rechten Sekretbehälter gesaugt.

•  Pfeil (1) auf dem Drehschalter (2) des 

Umschaltventils zeigt nach hinten: 

Umschaltventil ist ausgeschaltet, der 

Absaugvorgang ist unterbrochen.

Utensil

A suction catheter is used to describe how to connect application sets.

WARNING!

Risk of injury!
Tissue may be injured during extraction.
Never extract directly with the suction tube, only with extraction catheter in the 

correct size or utensil.

Connect the suction tube (1) with the 

fingertip (2).
