The conditioner system is intended to crimp and crush crop stems, helping the crop to dry faster. The conditioner system is
attached to the rear of the header.

Roll Conditioner System
Inspecting Roll Conditioner
The conditioner bearings, U-joints, and roll timing gearbox should be inspected periodically for signs of wear or damage.
DANGER
To prevent bodily injury or death from the unexpected start-up or fall of a raised machine, stop the engine, remove the
key from the ignition, and engage the lift cylinder lock-out valves before going under the machine.
WARNING
Exercise caution when working around the blades. Blades are sharp and can cause serious injury. Wear gloves when
handling blades.

Lower the header fully.
2.
Shut down the engine, and remove the key from the ignition.
