leaks

outdoor
cooking
gas
appliance
and
its
individual
shuto
ff
valve
must
be
disconnected
from
the
gas
supply
piping
system
during
any
pressure
tes ng
of
that
system
at
test
pressures
in
excess
of
0.5
psi
(3.5
kPa).
2.
The
outdoor
cooking
gas
appliance
must
be
isolated
from
the
gas
supply
piping
system
by
closing
its
individual
manual
shuto
ff
valve
during
any
pressure
tes ng
of
the
gas
supply
piping
system
at
test
pressures
equal
to
or
less
than
1/2
psi
(3.5
kPa).

all
gas
be
installed
using
a
plumber
or
gas
fi
er
carrying
the
appropriate
Massachuse s
license.
2.
All
permanently
‐
installed
natural
gas
or
propane
installa ons
require
a
“T”
handle
type
manual
gas
valve
be
installed
in
the
gas
supply
line
to
this
appliance.
3.
This
does
not
apply
to
portable
propane
installa ons
using
a
20
pound
cylinder.

LEAVE
THE
SMARTGRILL
UNATTENDED
WHILE
COOKING.
2.
Ensure
all

wires
have
been
removed

the
burners.

SmartGrill

windy
area.

wearing
loose

garments

the
SmartGrill

Use
an
insulated
glove
or
mi
when
opening
and
opera ng
the
SmartGrill.
Always
open
the
SmartGrill
lid
slowly
to
allow
heat
and
smoke
to
escape
before
fully
opening.
7.
The
SmartGrill
hood
must
be
fully
opened
while
ligh ng
the
SmartGrill.
Releasing
fuel
into
a
closed
Smart
‐
Grill
before
ligh ng
will
not
make
it
light
sooner
or
more
e

ciently.
It
will
only
risk
explosion
and
personal
injury
or
death.
Never
lean
over
a
hot
SmartGrill
surface
or
look
directly
into
the
SmartGrill
when

light.
