STEP #6—Calibra ng Your SmartGrill
STEP #5—Setup Your SmartGrill
Turn your lights on by saying, “ SmartGrill Lights ”. To turn the lights o ff , say “ SmartGrill , Lights ” and the lights will now turn o ff .
To try out a recipe, go back to your SmartGrill App and go to the Recipe icon.
Select a recipe from the recipe list and click Cook Now to send the recipe to your SmartGrill. Follow the voice commands (how
many burners, place food on grill, turn food over, remove food from grill). Please note that it could take several minutes for your
SmartGrill to preheat and give you the command to place food on grill.
Before your fi rst grilling session, use your SmartGrill app to calibrate your SmartGrill by Lynx™. This will set a minimum fl ame level
which is a ff ected by ambient temperature, al tude, wind condi ons and more. Calibra on is required for op mum performance of
your SmartGrill. The calibra on process will take 15 ‐ 20 minutes.
To perform a calibra on, please close the hood of the grill, then:
By Voice Command: " SmartGrill, begin calibra on ."
By App: Go to resources, select My SmartGrill, select calibrate grill, then select automa c calibra on
SmartGrill will automa cally shutdown when calibra on is complete. It will say "Calibra on complete" or send you the same
message on your app. If the calibra on fails, SmartGrill will say "Calibra on failed" or send you the same message on your app.
