The QLS 421 is a complete compact lu brication system
for a
max imum of 18 lubrication points per ope rating
cycle
.
The pump has three basic configurations:
- SSV divider block mounted on t he back (Fig. 6-1 )
- Pump without th e SSV d ivide r block atta che d (no Fig.).
Standard lubrication lin es are high-pressure hoses (

1,5 mm; 1/ 4 in .), also included in accessory kit.
After t he power sup ply was switche d on A sig nal from the
pump timer sta rts the electric moto r and th e pumping
ele ment starts pumping th e lubricant via the SSV divider
blo ck to the lubrication points.
When the stand-by time has elapsed and a ll lube points
have received lub rican t, a full ope rating cycle is com-
ple ted.
