Carrier removal

Remove the ribbon access cover. See

Remove the printhead assembly. See

Remove the rear cover. See

Remove the top cover. See

“Covers, top removal” on page 4-5

Remove the forms thickness lever. See

Remove the clip (A)holding the printhead cable.

Note:

Pay attention to how the ends (B) of the clip are engaged to the carrier slots.

Loosen the carrier belt:
