6. Preventive maintenance

This chapter describes procedures for printer preventive maintenance. Follow these recommendations to help
prevent problems and maintain optimum performance.

Lubrication

Warning:

Petroleum-based lubricants can attack polycarbonate parts, causing premature failure. Use only

mineral oil-based lubricants.
