2.3.1

Flow sensor/Flow meter

Checking flow signal

In screen 14 you can always see the actual flow. (signal from flow
sensor)

Step 1.
put all the valves in the spraying position

Step 2.
Start spraying in manual mode at approximately 3 bar

Step 3.
Go in you control box to screen 14

Step 4.
Check in the screen if there is actual flow

If no signal is seen in screen 14 please check flow meter

Checking flow meter:

The Flow sensor is fitted in a flow meter housing
Inside this house is a wheel. When there floats water through the
flowmeter the wheel starts turning.
Every time the wheel passes the sensor you create a pulse.
It is important that the wheel inside the flowmeter is turning very
light

Disassemble the flow sensor out of the hose line.
Blow air through the flow meter(watch flow direction at <2014
models).
The wheel must turn easy

When the wheel is stuck please replace the flow meter or the
bearings
