Calibrate unknown nozzle

In some cases the nozzle which is used in not in the large library
of the spraying computer.
In this case the nozzle information must be putt in the FMC
manually.

In the FMC is it now possible to give place to maximum 4
unknown or known nozzles
If a nozzle cannot be found in the library you have to give them
the name:

The machine is equipped with 4 nozzles

Nozzle A
Nozzle B
Nozzle C

For the customer to select this: first the pre-selection has to be
done in screen

To fill in the data for nozzle A/B/C.

In the farmers screen the nozzle has to be selected.

Now in the following screen the data can be filled in.

So to fill in the Data for a nozzle this nozzle has to be selected in
the farmers screen.
