Cultiplow
Irregular mix of plant residues.
Working depth insufficient.
Set and control the working
depth.
Insufficient rotor speed.
Increase rotor speed using the
gearbox.
Wrong rotor choice.
Choose a rotor adapted to the
working conditions.
Ridging accross the path width. tractor-machine unit swaying.
Modify one or several adjustment
parameters:
- Reduce groundspeed.
- Reduce speed by
changing gearwheels in
the gearbox.
- Increase working depth.
- Adjust position of hood
and hood extension
(Close hood).
Use optional equipment:
- Side discs.
- Front wheels / roller
combination.
- Roller replaced by rear
wheels.
Clogging of the Maxicrumbler
roller. Wet conditions, too high load on
the roller.
Use, Packer roller, Packer PK2
roller or Maxipacker roller
(depending on machine model).
Crumbler roller clogging.
Wet conditions, too high load on
the roller.
Remove Crumbler roller
removable bars.
Use, Packer roller, Packer PK2
roller or Maxipacker roller
(depending on machine model).
Seedbed ground is over-aerated.
Insufficient pressure on the roller.
Lengthen the top link.
Soil stirring too energetic.
Reduce speed by changing
gearwheels in the gearbox.
