End tines
The rotor end flanges are fitted with specific tines (1)
and guard caps (2).
• Left end tine.
• Right end tine.
End tines fitting instructions:
- Remove screw (1), nut (2) and washer (3).
- Remove worn tine (5) and guard cap (4) and
replace them with new ones.
- Reassemble the unit. Position tine elbow towards
the inside.
- Check condition of bolts and nuts. Replace if
necessary:
• Bolt.
• Nut.
• Washer.
- Tighten bolt:
• Torque: 30 daNm (221 lbf ft).
- Repeat procedure on each tine fitted on the rotor
end flanges.
- Guard caps (2) must be changed when
tines (1) are changed on end flanges.
• Left guard caps.
• Right guard caps.
