Cultiplow



"EASY-FIT" Cultiplow rotor

Angled tines are available through KUHN PARTS:

• Left angled tines.
• Right angled tines.

Fitting instructions for angled tines:

- Lower the machine.
- Uncouple PTO shaft on machine side.
- Start fitting blades on the support nearest the side

gearbox.

- Slightly loosen attachment nut (1).
- Remove worn tine and replace it with a new tine.
- Fit first left blade (2) with the cutting edge facing

the left in the forward direction (left angled tine).

- Fit second angled tine (3) with the cutting edge

facing the right in the forward direction (right
angled tine).

- Fit and secure alternately left angled tines (2) and

right angled tines (3) in each flange holder.

- Check condition of bolts and nuts. Replace if

necessary:
• Bolt.
• Nut.
• Washer.

- Tighten screws:

• Torque: 30 daNm (221 lbf ft).

- Repeat procedure on other tines.

- Share out left (and right) angled tines on all

flanges in helical layout.
