9.12.5 Putting the machine into work position
Before placing the machine in working
position:
- Check that nobody is within the machine
pivoting area.
- If there is someone, make sure the person
moves away.
From the transport position:
- Activate the transport/work cylinder control valve
in the "pivot into transport" position.
- Remove lynch pin (2).
- Remove safety plate (1).
- Insert and secure lynch pin (2).
- Activate the tractor double acting valve in the
working position direction.
- Couple up the PTO shaft (between machine and
additional machine).
- Lower the machine until the blades are at a
distance of 100 mm (3.9’’) to 150 mm (5.9’’) from
the ground.
The machine is in working position.
9.12.6 Adjustments in working position

Hydraulic ground pressure control device
- Combine the adjustment of the hydraulic
attachment and the seeding units to obtain the
required ground pressure.
Adjustments
There are 3 adjustment possibilities.
- Raise the rear attachment lift to slacken the spring
of the hydraulic ground pressure control system.
Multi hole adjustment plate (Gross adjustment):
- Remove lynch pin (1).
- Select hole in the multiple hole plate (2) that
corresponds to the required setting.
- Insert and lock lynch pin (1).
- Lower the rear attachment lift to check the setting.
- Repeat procedure if necessary.
