17.1.6 Does not exit (shutdown)

Cannot connect on
the network

Use the ping
command from a
maintenance PC to
check the network
status

LAN cable disconnected

Check that the LAN cable is connected.

Depending on the type of
switching hub, the board may be
remembering the previous MAC
connection, and may therefore
not accept this product

Switch off the switching hub power, then
restart the hub.
The problem may not be fixed by only
disconnecting and reconnecting the LAN
cable.

Depending on the type of
switching hub, the connection
may not be established with auto-
negotiation

Set the board settings for the switching
hub that connects this product to
100Base/TX, FDX or 1000Base/T.

LAN board LED
does not flash

The main board LAN function
has a fault

Remove the installation location base,
and if a connection cannot be established
between a hand-held HUB and the PC,
replace the main board.

A message “PC not
connected” is
displayed on the
DRYPRO 832

Communication fault between
DRYPRO and server PC

Check that power supply of the server
PC is ON.

•

Check the connection of the LAN
cable.

•

Restart the DRYPRO 832 and the
server PC.

MEC board and multiple power supply.
Switch the main power supply OFF, and
follow the “Communication error
