Solution : Check the document height and decrease the print head
position.

Solution : Check the horizontal (x-) position of the print command.

Solution : Select another parser module in the Run Definition.
FOR02 Initialization error in

Solution : Select another parser module in the Run Definition.
FOR03 Document was not
recognized The operating system software could not assign a type of document.
Solution : Check the Run Definition.
Logic Module errors
LOG01 Common logic error Not exactly specified error during the handling of the assignments,
decisions and sequence control.
Solution : Check the specifications in the Run Definition.
LOG02 Error in DocDetect Not exactly specified error during the handling of the assignments,
decisions and sequence control.
Solution : Close the run and start it again.
LOG11 Batch was not
completed The current batch did not finish.
Solution : Either delete the documents in the batch or feed the missing
documents to complete the batch.
LOG15 Unknown field used An unknown text field is used in an assignment respectively in a
decision.
Solution : Check the Run Definition.
LOG20 Item-Buffer overflow The text output is not working or is working slowly. The number of
documents scanned, but not saved, has caused an internal program
error.
Solution : Jam handling.
LOG21 Pause forced by logic
error According to the defined logic, the Stop system field has the value of
_True . While the next “Start Feed” commands it to be reset.
Solution : Review the Document List to see why this happened.
