Column
descriptions
The following table provides the available Column fields and their
meaning.
Field Name
Description
BCR_DATA
Data from the barcode module. The following information will be displayed:
Value; Type; x-position; y-position; height and width.
CMPSTATE_INTERNAL
The internal state of a document used by ProScan.
CTRL_RUNS_CURRENT
Number of the current run of a fine sort.
CTRL_RUNS_TOTAL
Number of runs of a fine sort.
DESTINATION
Requested (destination) pocket of the document. The RCT-file in a secondary run
must contain the field
Destination
if the operating system software has to monitor the
sequence in the pockets.
DOC_HEIGHT
Height of the document in tenths of a millimeter.
DOC_IN_TRAY
Serial counter for documents within a tray.
DOC_LENGTH
Length of the document in tents of a millimeter.
DOC_STATE
The state of the document:
• OK
• IS_DELETED
• SHOULD_BE_DELETED
MUST_BE _DELETED
This field is not available when the scanner is in the
Active
state.
DOC_STATE_INTERNAL
The internal state of a document used by ProScan.
DOC_THICK_AVERAGE
Measured averaged thickness of a processed document.
DOC_THICK_MAX
Maximum thickness of the document.
DOC_THICK_MIN
Minimum thickness of the document.
DOC_TYPE
Name of the physical type of the document in the definition of the parser.
DOC_TYPES_LOGICAL
Names of the logical document definitions of this document.
DOUBLE_FEED
If you set the value of this field to
_TRUE
, you will cause a jam with the scanner state
of “double feed”
ENC_DATA
Text to be written by the encoder.
END1_DATA
Text to be written by the endorser 1.
END2_DATA
Text to be written by the endorser 2.
ENDTRAY
If you set this value to
_TRUE
, the current tray will be closed.
GUI_MESSAGE
A message displayed as a dialog box after the scanner has stopped. If the text starts
with [MODAL], this dialog box is switched to modal.
HOSTNAME
TCP/IP host name.
JAM
If you set its value to
_TRUE
, the scanner will provoke a logical jam.
MACHINE
Type of the scanner (e.g., SC100HC)
MACHINE_NUM
Number of the scanner. This field is equal to SCANNERID.
MANUAL_DEPOSITED
If you use the
No Jam
function to set a document OK,? the value of this field will be

for this document. The default is
0
.
MANUAL_MATCHED
This field is for controlled runs only. The default is 0. If you use
Match selected item
or
Create selected item
to process this document, the value of this field will be
incremented.
MICR_DATA
Data from the MICR reading module.
NEWTRAY
This field manages initiating tray changes.
