OCX054 Too little disk space The hard disk is full.
Solution : Make disk space available.
OCX055 Container-Queue
overflow The document data is incomplete.
Solution : Jam handling.
OCX056 Error opening machine
log (COM1/COM2) While reading the scanner log over the serial port an error occurred. The
serial port may have been in use by another program (e.g.,
HyperTerminal) or the wrong port was selected.
Solution : Check to see whether another program is blocking the serial
port. Check the serial port connection.
OCX058 Error reading
parameter from
ScanCtrl.ini Parameter in ScanCtrl.ini is incorrect.
Solution : Check the parameter file.
OCX059 Error: environment
PS_HOME not set Solution : Use the correct file (prosort.bat).

Solution : Process this document without double-feed detection on
(Special Feed button). If the problem persists, cancel the run and exit the
Operating System Software. Turn the scanner on and off and try again.

Solution : Process this document using the Thick Feed button. If the
problem persists, cancel the run and exit the Operating System
Software. Turn the scanner on and off and try again.
OSn09 Damaged document
edge The damaged document could not be processed.
Solution : Capture Sort: Use a correction envelope, or use the Match
Selected Item function.

Hardware board defect
or not inserted Internal problem.
Solution : Call Service.
