Main screen

ATTENTION

Use the grinding program that matches the
knife. An incorrect grinding program can
damage the machine and knife.

The selected grinding program appears on the
main screen in the “File Name” row (7-2/1).

Check the knife image (7-2/3), abrasives used
((7-2/4), (7-2/5), (7-2/6), (7-2/7)), “serration tooth
shape” (7-2/8), and change as necessary.

Images and data must match the abrasives used.

NOTICE

The number of the holder plate matching
the grinding program appears on the main
screen under “Holder” (7-2/2). This number is
engraved on the holder plate.

The appropriate abrasive for each knife and
grinding program must be used.
