** If any of the items should be objected to during the inspection, then the suspension arm system must
be shut down by way of precaution to rule out further personal injury or equipment damage. Contact
the system supplier immediately.
*** Does not apply to systems with electromagnetic brakes
The medical device book accompanying every medical device and mandated by the German
Medical Products Operator Ordinance (MPBetreibV) must be kept on-site. Service and
maintenance work as well as safety inspections must be recorded in this medical device book.
Test reports such as this one must be archived in the respective medical device book.
