8.Programming Mode
This product has the GPIB (compliant to the IEEE488-1) and USB (compliant to the ) interfaces
as standards. From the panel operations, some parameters can be setup and the Curr./Volt.
readback data can be displayed on the DISPLAY on the front panel, which enable a user to
configure an automatic measurement system easily.
8.1 GP-IB Interface
(1) Address
One address from 0 through 30 can be setup and used.
(2) Delimiter
One Delimiter can be selected from CR, LF, CR+LF, and non delimiter. The “EOI”(End of
Strings) will be sent out whatever Delimiter is selected. Refer to “
4.3 I/O Setting
” for
the Operation.
(3) Bound symbols
The Space, Comma, colon, semicolon, and tab are recognized as a bound symbol. A
program without such a bound symbol would not work properly.

No. of instrument to be connected : Max 15 (including a controller)

Total cable length: 20m or less, and 2m or less between any two devices.

Do not pile three (3) or more connectors together when connecting to an GPIB
I/F.

Power off the all the devices connected via GPIB Cables and then connect or
disconnect the GPIB cable.

During the Operation. All devices connected via GPIB cables should be powered
ON.
