5.8 Constant Power (CP) Mode
In this CP mode, the Load Current changes so that the Load
Power should be constant.
This mode can simulate devices like switching power supplies
whose current increases as the Volt. decreases.
(1) Press the “rotary knob” to set mode select condition. and then turn the knob until “CP” is
displayed as shown below.
(2) Input setting value by “ten keys”, and then press “ENT” key to confirm the setting value.
(3) Press “ON/OFF” key to select ON to start flowing the load current, which is inversely
proportional to the setup power value and input volt.

When Load is set ON, over power alarm is also ON due to the inrush current. In
such a case, you may avoid it by changing the curr. Limit value. For changing the

5.4 Curr. limit setting
”. However, the curr. limit value should not
cause any trouble for normal operation and also should avoid the situation that
the value multiply volt value in no load condition by the setup curr. limit value
exceeds the rated power (300W).

Confirmed values are retained if you change the load mode.

If you input data exceeding the upper limit thereof , the upper limit value is inputted.
