IV and CV Test Requirements IV and CV Device Characterization
Create the IV and CV and CV-IV Switching Setups in the Library
This section uses the UHC Selector Input Selection.xkd file that you downloaded
to a memory stick. See “Download Setup and Configuration Files” on page 19.
1 For the B1506A, insert the memory stick into the front panel.
2 In the tabs at the left, select Application Test.
3 Then select Library > Import.... Show All Files.
4 Locate and import the UHC Selector Input Selection.xtd file.
5 Click the UHC Selector Input Selection icon.
Setup the IV to CV Switch
1 Specify the HVSMU slot. (See Figure 15 above and refer to the Modules tab in
“Configure EasyEXPERT” on page 37. Typically, the HVSMU slot is Slot 7.)

For the SMU Slot Number, enter
0
(zero).

Click the
Save
tab (right side of screen) to save it to My Favorite.

Right click the icon and rename it as
IV to CV
. IMPORTANT: use this exact file
name as shown, including the spaces between words and capitalization.
