IV and CV Test Requirements

IV and CV Device Characterization

Configure EasyEXPERT

Select 

Tools > System > Configuration...

. This opens the EasyEXPERT 

Configuration Editor screen.

Select the 

Modules

 tab.

Verify that the modules listed match the modules actually installed in your 
power device analyzer and the status of every SMU is “

PASS

”.

Write down or make a screen capture of the Configuration window 
so that you can easily enter SMU name information for the 
following steps (through “Enable Temperature Regulation Loop” on 
page 45).

The following steps (through “Enable Temperature Regulation 
Loop” on page 45) are required for B1506A Options H51 and H71 
only. They are not required for Option H21.
